Suppliers Information
We are really looking forward to you helping on our special day at Pelham House.
Please note that Pelham House require the following documents sent over to them no later than 2 months prior to our wedding.
Cake Makers & Bakers
A current in-date Public Liability Insurance certificate stipulating indemnity cover in the minimum sum of £1 million. This should cover our wedding date. A full list of all allergens for the cake being supplied and serving or storage instructions.
Anyone who is using electrical plugs at the venue
A current in-date Public Liability Insurance certificate stipulating indemnity cover in the minimum sum of £1 million. This should cover our wedding date. In-date PAT certificates. For each piece of equipment that will need to connect to the venue electrical supply.
Anyone installing anything that is of risk
A current in-date Public Liability Insurance certificate stipulating indemnity cover in the minimum sum of £1 million. This should cover our wedding date. A risk assessment covering the set-up and use of all musical equipment, cabling, and other associated items, together with anyone working from a height or ladders, this might apply to neon signs and backdrops.
Musicians & Bands
Due to potential disturbance to guests and neighbours, we have some rules on loading/unloading: There is a maximum of 1 hour to de-rig and load-out after the music finishes off at 23:30. At 00:30, our doors are closed and any gear/equipment left over is to be collected the following day at 8am. If a parking space has been requested by the couple, a save the space sign will be placed near the load-out doors for the convenience of evening entertainers.
Bass – Sensitivity to bass levels should be observed and entertainers are asked to be responsive to Staff if asked to review levels.
There is to be no late night revving of engines or excessive tooting of horns in the Courtyard.
Photographers and Videographers
Photographers and videographers. The Garden side of the building is for large group shots. Only small groups shots, such as Bride and Groom and parents, are to be conducted in the Courtyard.
All Other Suppliers
A current in-date Public Liability Insurance certificate stipulating indemnity cover in the minimum sum of £1 million. This should cover our wedding date.
Access
Access to the venue is from 10:00 on the day of the wedding, and collection of equipment must be done no later than 08:00 the following day. On occasion there may be access the day prior, please check with the event manager for details.
Storage
Pelham House cannot store, hold or be liable for any equipment left on site after the wedding. Everything must be collected. Please take your own rubbish off site.
Catering
Pelham House can supply fresh filtered chilled water. If agreed by the couple, other drinks can be purchased from the Pelham Bar or as agreed by the couple. If you are being catered for within the 2 course hot meal, this will be served during the wedding breakfast in the bar. With packed lunches, please request from a member of staff. If you have been added to evening food, please do help yourselves. Please note that this should all be discussed prior to the wedding as all food is preordered and we cannot cater for last minute adaptations.
Abuse of In-House Rules
Pelham House reserves the right to restrict Suppliers for providing their services at the venue if they do not comply with the in-House rules.
